Attention Pen Turners - A Bakers Dozen!

13 handmade acrylic blanks for pen turning.  These acrylic blanks are colored, mixed, poured and cast one at a time in very small lots. These small lots ensure a variety of colors, and no two of the same. Approximately 3-1/4" in length by 3/4" square, these blanks easily make almost any single tube pen.  They also make a few of the double tube pens, like the PSI Dragon, Skull, and Victorian.
Note:  These blanks are not long enough to make double tube pens like the PSI Power Click, Trimline, etc...

These are the exact same blanks that are used to make Danbar Pens.  I usually pre-round the edges on a disk sander, use sharp tools, and have never had any chipping problems.  They polish up absolutely beautifully, provided you go through the proper sanding and polishing steps.  (My polishing process is about 15 steps).  Micro Mesh Pads work well and can be found in the supplies section. Properly done, they turn out absolutely glass-like.  Browse through the other pens and pencils for an idea of what they look like finished.
